Return and Exchange Policy

Terms and Conditions:

We always strive to provide a distinctive shopping experience for our customers with the products we offer through SAB store pages. Therefore, we allow customers to request the replacement or return of purchased products according to specific guidelines. The process of return or exchange is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Replacement is allowed within 7 days only from the date of purchase or the arrival of the product to the customer.
  2. Return is allowed within 3 days from the date of purchase or the arrival of the product to the customer.
  3. The original purchase invoice must be available for replacement and return for all our customers.
  4. The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all labels intact. It should not have been used, tampered with, unboxed, damaged, neglected, or harmed in any way.
  5. If the item has a security sticker, it must remain intact. The product must include all accessories, gifts, labels, and packaging. No stickers should be removed or tampered with. If the security sticker is removed, the returned item will not comply with the terms of the return policy, and its value will not be refunded.
  6. Products damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear are not accepted for return.
  7. Rifles are not returnable or replaceable due to their sale being linked to a permit from the Ministry of Interior. Note that they are covered by a warranty for a full year.

Defective Product Return or Replacement:

  1. If the customer submits a request for a return or replacement within the specified period from the date of receipt due to a defect in the product, the maintenance department will review the request and inspect the product. If the product is found to be defective, it will be replaced, returned, or repaired and returned to the customer.
  2. If the customer submits a return or replacement request after the specified period from the date of receipt but within the product’s warranty period, the product in this case will be subject to the warranty terms rather than the return or replacement policy.
  3. In the event of accepting a replacement or return request, we will promptly execute the customer’s request. If the request for replacement or return is rejected, it is the customer’s responsibility to receive the product again. Rejecting a replacement or return request does not affect the customer’s warranty rights according to the warranty policy.

Replacement and Return Expenses:

  1. If the replacement or return is due to a store error or a product defect, the store will bear the shipping costs to and from the customer, and the replacement or return will be provided free of charge.
  2. If the replacement or return request is rejected, the customer will bear the shipping cost for receiving or returning the product, and the customer must pay this amount to the store.

 

Price Difference in Replacement:

In the case of replacement or obtaining a substitute product, if the desired product is not available, price differences are considered:

  1. If the replacement product has a lower price, the customer must pay the price difference and shipping costs to the store before receiving the desired product.
  2. If the replacement product has a higher price, the store will refund the price difference to the customer after deducting shipping costs using the same payment method.

Refusal of Return Request:

If a return request is rejected after evaluation by the dedicated department responsible for reviewing return requests, the customer will not be able to refund any paid amounts. The transaction will be considered a valid sale, and the customer can benefit from the warranty policy we provide.

We reserve the right to update the return and replacement policy at any time, and you should visit this page each time you request our services, as we may update this page from time to time.

Refund Policy:

  1. If the product is returned due to a defect or non-compliance with sales specifications and details, the store will refund the money to the customer within 7 working days from the date the store receives and examines the product. The refund will be made to the customer using the same payment method.
  2. If the refund to the customer is due to a store error, the store will bear the fees of the electronic payment gateway, and the customer will not incur any costs related to refunding the amounts to their account.
  3. If the refund is initiated based on the customer’s request and in accordance with the return and replacement policy without any error from the store, the customer, in this case, will bear the fees of the electronic payment gateway, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Warranty Policy:

The warranty covers free repair or replacement of spare parts in the case of a manufacturing defect during the warranty period. The warranty does not imply the replacement of the product or the refund of its value. Excluded from the warranty service are malfunctions resulting from (including but not limited to): misuse, neglect, cosmetic defects such as scratches, damage to consumable parts such as accessories, fractures, impacts, exposure to liquids or moisture, rust, or high heat.

To benefit from warranty services, the original invoice is required to verify the serial number and warranty validity.

  1. Products sold by us are covered by a one/two-year warranty, depending on each product.
  2. The warranty covers malfunctions and problems resulting from manufacturing defects only.
  3. The warranty comes into effect from the date of purchase.
  4. The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from:
  • Misuse
  • Product exposure to breakage, vandalism, or abuse
  • Product disassembly by unauthorized parties
  • Maintenance operations by unauthorized parties
  • Use of non-original or unauthorized manufacturer-approved spare parts.

Warranty Policy for Air Rifles and Air Pistols:

  1. The warranty applies to products sold through SAB Store.
  2. To benefit from warranty services, the original invoice is required to verify the serial number and warranty validity.
  3. The warranty repair period is (15) working days for products covered by the warranty from the date of receiving the product at SAB Maintenance.
  4. The warranty covers malfunctions and problems resulting from manufacturing defects only.
  5. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
  6. The warranty does not cover the external structure (body of the rifle, wood and fiber, barrel, and front or rear sight) or consumable parts (springs, rubber seals, trigger spring).
  7. The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from:
  • Breakage, vandalism, abuse of the rifle, or pistol.
  • Disassembly of the rifle or pistol by unauthorized parties.
  • Maintenance operations by unauthorized parties.
  • Use of non-original or unauthorized manufacturer-approved spare parts.
  1. For PCP air rifles or CO2 rifles and pistols, the warranty is for one year for manufacturing defects and air leakage only. It does not cover the external structure (body of the rifle, wood and fiber, barrel, and front or rear sight) or consumable parts such as the magazine, pistol grip, trigger.
  2. For break barrel rifles or pistols, the warranty is for one year for manufacturing defects, the piston, and the silencer’s screws only. It does not cover the external structure (body of the rifle, wood and fiber, barrel, and front or rear sight) or internal consumable parts such as (springs, rubber seals, piston, trigger).
